Saunacore Heater & Sauna Stove Warranty

Saunacore Inc warrants all sauna heater & sauna stove products to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect.

Limited Warranty: in residential use only. See the chart below.
First Year: * all parts and labour (reasonable labor costs only).
Second Year and Later: a flat service charge applies for repairs to the heating unit only. See chart below. Warranty starts on the date of original purchase from Great Saunas (all controls, thermostat, timer, pilot light, and contactor (if applicable) are excluded from second year warranty. See below for details).
Commercial heaters (and residential heaters used for commercial purposes) have a one (1) year limited warranty.
Mechanical timers (used in OWC and built-in controls) are warrantied for 60 days only.

This warranty does not apply outside the boundaries of the United States or Canada, or to any product which, in our sole opinion, has been improperly installed, or subject to willful abuse, misuse, alteration and shipping damages during the period of coverage. Postage, shipping and handling charges of the product to and from Saunacore Inc (or Great Saunas Factory when/if authorized by a Return Goods Authorization "RGA" number) for warranty repairs and for any related charges for the installation/removal of these products are NOT included in your warranty. Warranty service can be obtained by sending the product to Saunacore Inc. (or Great Saunas Factory when/if authorized). Warranty repairs must be done only by Saunacore Inc. (or Great Saunas Factory when/if authorized). Proof of purchase and a serial number of the product will be required before any services are performed. Please obtain a RGA number first.

Heater Return Policy

At Great Saunas Factory and Saunacore Inc., you will find top quality saunas, heaters and accessories. All of our products are sold on this basis. All products are fully guaranteed against defect or faulty workmanship.

Please note that products must be returned in the state you received them. A 15% restocking fee on the value of the order will be applied when returning the goods to us. Shipping costs (both ways) are not included in the restocking calculation or the refund credit to be issued. Shipping costs (both ways) will remain the customer's cost. Please obtain a RGA number first.
