SHIPPING In Canada: We normally ship within 1 week. Allow 4 to 6 days for the transport truck to reach your area. The trucking company will call you the day before to arrange for delivery. When we ship to destinations outside of Ontario, we do not charge Provincial Sales Tax.
SHIPPING COST of Deluxe Models: Destinations that are not major urban centres in Canada will have a small freight charge added to cover the the extra freight cost. Please call us for details.
Pick-up of Deluxe Models in Ontario: Deduct $96 for a pick-up at our Waterloo, Ontario factory. Please confirm vehicle to ensure the boxes will fit.
SHIPPING COST of "SE" Models: Freight cost is extra. Please email us your postal code so we can quote you a low freight cost. In Southern Ontario, we may deliver saunas using our own trucks.
